Will it change the length on the audio timeline. Also when dragging a clip, say to the right, how do you get the audio and video tracks to move together. I had some problems with that tonight. Don’t remember having that problem before.

I do stand corrected. I must have stopped the one camera several times in the beginning when people were coming into the church, cause I played back the tape, and it switches scenes several times before the ceremony. (swore that I did not do that, but must have). Now what I can’t understand, I pick a point where the ceremony starts (with the bride/father in doorway of isle), and I have both cameras lined up (but audio is off), and by the time she gets to the altar, video/audio is off already. If I line up bride/father with a timeline at 00:07:02;03 on both cameras, by the time they get in front of the priest, one track is at 00:08:12;23, and the other track has to be lined up at 00:08:30;12 to be at the same spot on the video. If multicam editing is the difficult, I don’t want to me with again. But, I have this wedding video to finish, and at a halt till I figure out the solution. Thanks for the help, guys, I sure appreciate it!!!

No dropped frames. When I captured, there were no drop frames shown on either one. Funny thing is, the capture from the DVX100B resulted in 9 clips. (1hr 2min). The capture from the GL2 resulted in 1 clip, also no dropped frames. Neither camera had been shut off. Also, after the wedding ceremony we took a couple of video shots of the wedding party, and when I captured the footage from the camera and loaded it onto the timeline, those several shots that would have been at the end of the tape, showed up at the beginning of the video in Vegas.

No, not at all. Everything was during the wedding ceremony. Because I notice in one camera I show the groomsment already standing at the altar. In the other camera, they are walking to the altar. At least 4 points where both cameras are pointed in the same general area, they are off. But the audio is synced up. I have shots of the priest where the audio is exactly with the words. That’s why I can’t understand how video can be off, if the audio is not.

How hard is it to edit two cameras? I have both on timeline and audio seems to match up, but on one camera view, the father is handing the bride off to the groom, and the other camera show the bride and father still half way down the isle. Strange things is, I could understand where one camera could be off sync a little, but if you move on a little farther down the movie, the preist is saying the blessing and both cameras are in sync (both audio & video). How do you figure that one out?

Do you think that it is possible to copy the audio to Adobe SoundBooth, clean it up and return it back to the timeline, or will cleaning it up will change the length in some way?

Can’t seem to figure out how to drag and drop completed menu into library. Do you drag it from the project window? I know how to drag and drop, but this, I’m not too sure of, and can you edit it later?

How do you save the completed menu to library, and is it able to be re-edited later on? I have already loaded all the files, as a project, but not sure that is how you do it. Fairly new to Encore. Maybe around a month or so experience.

Does this also hold true to CS3? How many dvd’s have you authored with Encore, that won’t play on certain dvds? I have always used DVD Architect 3 by Sony, with no problems. I have a wedding that I am doing today (11/23), and planned on using Encore DVD CS3 for the authoring. Is this a bad idea then? That’s why I am wondering if the CS3 version adds the TS audio file also.
