    I tried that, but it doesn’t work the way I want. When you move something forward or backward in 3D space, is get larger or smaller. I don’t want things to change size.

    In combustion, this is no problem at all. You can change the depth of a 2D layer with no problem. I can’t believe AE can’t do it.

    Thanks for the info.

    I have to say that it would be a simple thing for the program to scan loaded fottage to see if anything matches the TC needed for the EDL.

    I couldn’t recapture the footage, so I spent 3 hours relinking.

    Problem Solved!!!

    On the editing system, I was selecting a preset project, which required the Black Magic Intensity card. Since the editing system doesn’t have one installed, it wouldn’t play.

    The solution was to make a custom project.

    Thanks for a quick response.

    I have already installed the codec on the edit system, which is why I was able to play the video file on the computer. It is in Premiere that it won’t play.

    As I menttioned, I can shuttle the file in Premiere, just not play it.
