Never mind, just found another post with the solution: You can’t modify the Master timeline. You need to create a new timeline, and modify that. You can do this on the Conform page by clicking the + icon underneath the Timelines area in the upper left.

Used the scene cut and send it to conform. Now it´s locked for me as well. Any one find a solution to this?

Welcome to the COW, a great place to hang out. I’m not sure if I understand what you want to do so if I got this wrong please set me straight or send me a video example of this that someone else did. I would take a still photo of the bowl. A still can be bigger then 4K. I would then animate my graphics falling into the bowl. You can add the still of the bowl on top and add a mask so it is just the front of the bowl. Ad a camera in AE and animate a zoom in. I don’t think they have specific name. I’d call them vector art but if you do a search for that you will not find that specific look. I think you would be interested in this tutorial: https://vfxbro.com/lightstreak/
