1) If you want to transfer all of the parameters (Properties, Behaviors, Filters…etc.) make a duplicate (select clip and hit the command & D keys) of your clip. Find your new clip in the File Browser and drag it over to your Project Pane or Timeline. Hover the curser over the clip and the curser arrow will turn into a curved/hocked shaped arrow. Drop the new clip on the old and it takes on all of the old clips parameters.
If you want to apply certain parameters such as position select it/them in the Inspector. Drag it over to the clip like you would in the example above. Hope this helps.
2)The Tilt would be the rotation. You may not see it. Click on the Rotation disclosure triangle and it will show all of the Rotation Parameters.

Well in that case I would look to see if the Philippines has some sort of an Economical Development Council. They want to promote business in their country and usually have stock footage that they own that they will let you use for that project at no cost. You may try to see if there is a Travel Visitors Bureau as well.

Business has been / is GREAT here in Utah. I would like to think that is because the company I work for is so good at what we do but I imagine a lot of our competitors have gone under and Utah has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the United States. As for my freelance friends that I talk to, they say things have slowed down big time. Hope this helps.

That is very weird, yes the marker should round trip just fine. You may want to make sure you are on the newest version of FCP or trash your preferences. Hope this helps.

I’m not sure what you’re doing, but you may want to consider any beach. There are free stock footage clips of a beach and the ocean and I’m sure no one would know if it was Hawaii or the Philippine. Once again, that depends on what you are doing.

They shot their footage at a frame right of 60 frames per second or higher. Then speed up the footage until the hair gets to the right location and then the change the speed to its normal slow speed. That is how it looks so clean.
