This is only the second time I’ve done a two-color job in the last four years. Not my favorite, that’s for sure.

    Thanks for the feedback.

I have Trish & Chris Meyer’s books. I’m starting to get the hang of this, but I’ll dig into their books some more. I’ll look up Rick’s tutorial as well. Thanks for your help with this!

I switched to the top view. When I alter either the X or Y positions the camera completely flips, like, 90 degrees. Not sure why.

I changed the Auto-Orient to “Orient Towards Point of Interest” and I’m now having better luck. Still, I’m not sure why the camera flips like that when in “Orient Along Path”???

New problem! Using the same setup as I mentioned earlier, but with the Auto-Orient now set, I created a keyframe for the camera’s initial position. Then I moved the timeline marker down a bit and tried to change the position of the camera, but the screen turned completely black.

I’ve tried to do this several times using different positions, but the screen keeps turning black. Does anyone know what’s going on???

    Thanks.

Amazing. That’s exactly what I needed to do. Thanks Steve!

No way. The High Quality 7mb CBR 1 Pass totally worked! I thought for sure I had tried that option after first installing PP 1.5, but it gave me a “not enough memory” error. Oh well.

I’m curious – under the Encoding section, what does the “Fields” option do? Does it really matter what I have selected there?

Thanks tons for the feedback! No more pixelated mess!

Mark – how did you go about setting the encoding to 5mb? I don’t see this as an option???

    Thanks for the help.

It’s slightly over 3 minutes long.
