SPACEMAN would like to see an image of the problem
    if that is possible.

SPACEMAN wonders if there is a project depth issue here?

  • SPACEMAN uses ALT>drag on multiple keyframes to reposition them in time and in relation to each other.

SPACEMAN uses ALT>drag from project window to a selected layer,
thereby replacing the selected layer with new content, whilst
    retaining all keyframed variables.

SPACEMAN has never duplicated keyframes by ALT>drag.

December 22, 2010 at 2:20 pm in reply to: Easy way to centre text horizontally and vertically?

SPACEMAN suggests that Matthew uses rulers (cmd>r) to mark centre screen, (creating a new layer will show you the centre anchor point) then writes his text and alligns using the paragraph tab. (window>paragraph)

SPACEMAN has spent the last few years with cameras, lights, computers, humans and “other toys” [classified] and was missing the COW a lot.

SPACEMAN is very happy to be back again.
SPACEMAN will try to be useful.

SPACEMAN thanks The Great Szalam for his kind words.

SPACEMAN has tried this. SPACEMAN is wondering if you have created a black layer and also an ellipse shape layer? Create an elliptical mask on the black layer and choose “subtract”. If this is still not working, try clicking the “inverted” check box and choosing “add” from the mask drop down menu.

SPACEMAN had a very similar problem recently, which was only fixed by replacing the graphics card. SPACEMAN was working too much and the graphics card was not.

  • Hi.
I’ve set up a project as described.
I created a single pixel white layer, which due to its size was grey instead of white, collapsed transformation, duplicated 10 times. (to make it white) precomped. animated one line per frame. seems fine.
