banding
Posted by Matthew Beall on June 29, 2011 at 5:08 pmI have an AI logo that is banding in my composite..
I have tried various blurs/glows/noise, and even bumped up the composite to 16bit and 32bit.. Nothing seems to help..
The logo looks fine in layer view, just not in the composite..Is there something I’m overlooking?
Thanks

June 29, 2011 at 8:00 pmAre there any layers (shy or otherwise) on top of it in the comp?

Also, although it doesn’t sound like banding is the only problem, for banding in particular, search the forum for tons of tips on how to reduce if not eliminate banding.

Very aggrivating!

June 30, 2011 at 8:11 amAre you seeing the banding on final output? Or just in the preview in the Compsosition panel?
