This might not be what you are looking for but it might work:
Duplicate your layer and add the Find Edges effect to your top layer, then set the blend mode to multiply. Adjust the Blend with Original amount to reduce the intensity of the effect.
EDIT: You can get extra control over this is you apply a smallish Gaussian Blur before the Find Edges – it not only reduces the crunchiness of the result, but spreads it out a bit wider.

Yes, if you’ve already done the key in After Effects you can use that instead of the Video 3 layer I described.
If you wanted to do the whole thing in After Effects instead, you could use Ae’s built in Track Matte option, of course.

If I understand what you are wanting, then you need to proceed as follows:
Put your background on Video layer 1 and colour correct it as required.
Go to File/New/Color Matte and set this to your fill colour, in this case white (but it could be anything you want).
Add this Color Matte to your Video layer 2.
Add your green screen footage to Video layer 3 and add the Ultra Key effect to key out your footage.
Then go to your Color Matte layer and add a Track Matte Key.
in the Effect Controls for the Track Matte Key, choose Video 3 as the Matte layer.
That should give you the effect you want.

You’re trying to drag it onto your audio tracks.
Just move the existing video layer up to V2 and put your background underneath it in the vacated V1 video layer.

I meant to say that if you take your paint strokes, which I am presuming are creating transparency for your logo in the final result (?), and add them to an Image Mask that you have applied to your logo layers, then the transparency of the paint strokes, which is all you are interested in (I think) will be transferred to the logo layer.
You can then hide the paint strokes – although of course Motion will do that automatically when you add them to the Image Mask.
You need to think about checking the alpha channel of your overall result by hitting Shift+A or selecting View/Channels/Alpha.
You probably don’t want to rely on Blending Mode to get your final result and hence you want an alpha channel that will look right in Motion, but without knowing more about your project, I can’t say for sure.

Why not just use your paint strokes as the source for an Image Mask which you apply to your logo?

If you need to see the frame count of your image sequences instead of timecode, select your image sequence in the Browser and choose Modify/Timecode/Frames.
Turn on Overlays in your Canvas and you will be able to see the frame count of your image sequence clips as they appear in the timeline.
Also if you hover over a clip in the timeline, you will (after a moment) see the start and end frames and the duration.
