So i downloaded this thing called “MKVTOOLNIX 2” and i am totally lost now on this interface and how to make either .mov’x and / or mpeg2 & aac – ultimately i just want to burn this 2 hour mkv format movie using dvd sp or toast but it seems very complicated…any other advice?

Hey thanks for replying to my post – i just tried using MPEG Streamclip and it says that it is an unrecognized file type – and i do actually have Snapz Pro x but this is an entire 2 hour movie and i feel like its just too much to try to snapz in terms of file size and possible glitches and such – any other ideas out there. Thanks

The pics I take on my Canon when full sized at 7.1 mega pixels is 3072×2304 so depending on what I want to do withthem in final cut what do you recommend I size them to?

So does this mean that i should make all pictures 720×486 in photoshop before gringing into FCP or do i use image/wireframe?
