ok so the only time i would do this AE conversion is if it needed to go to SD broadcast? If I had to make it SD i would make it D1 lower fields for digi but since this is only for DVD that is why you are suggesting I keep it 16×9 & 23.98?
Also I am in compressor in the inspector and there are a lot of other options is there any way I can get you to be more specific on settings or show me a screen grab?

To explain a little further about my question I guess I am just wondering for this type of thing do I need to also submit a 23.98 720×480 or 486 letter boxed version that is progressive and not interlaced for people watching on computers or do I just assume the Lower fields 720×480 version i made will suffice?

ha! no but i did figure it out by just going to the edit menu in finder and using cpecial characters to copy and paste from text edit into title 3D

Another quick question – what if instead of a DV cam I have access to a newer Canon HV30 will this work still ?!
I also do have access to a Panasonic DVCPRO deck (1400 series) as well as a DVCAM deck might these be able to help me with this issue?
