480i30p DVCPRO50 seems to be the culprit as we just concluded testing with DVCPRO25 and no issues.
Anyone?

We are having the same issue except it does not matter what the length is as we have 7 second clips and 9 second clips that import fine. We are however having what looks like field/interlace issues on our SD monitor when viewing these 480i30p clips.
