    Thanks for your response- you know it’s funny, just after I posted, there was an update for the Pro apps, and it seems like it opened just fine… Hopefully that solved the problem. Thanks everyone for your responses…

    Thanks for your reply… I don’t really know where I would start to look for one, or what criteria I would use to select one… Could you give me any advice on that?

    Thanks for your response. I want to keep the different frame rates, as that is deliberate, so it’s playing fine. Good to know that’s the only I option I have in FCP and that nothing is actually wrong…

    Thanks for your reply. Does this mean the only compressor available will be DVCPRO HD 720p60? I always need to render footage when I lay it on my timeline. I have an older G5- could the rendering necessary be because it is older, or is most likely because there is a discrepancy between the clip properties and the sequence settings?

    I’m not sure if we shot 24P native? or at 24p over 59.94.

    Is there a way I can find out?

    Also if it is 24p over 59.94, how would i go about converting it?
