Thanks to all for the answers
its CS4, my original project was on cs3 and I upgraded to cs4. and I was editing the project fine in cs4 also.
let me share this to you some how I manage to solve the problem by deleting newly added wav files because that was the only change I had made to project. still it didn’t worked for me, but I created again a new sequence after deleting new imported files and copy pasted old seq timeline to new seq. and it all worked fine then.
if someone can explain this solution, I just took a chance and I was lucky I feel.
the wave files were 48 stereo

I really don’t understant how this can happen? same clip plays in one sequence and doesn’t play in other sequence. may be the sequence currupt?? if that can happen??

I’ve edited dv pal timelines before.. and I never experiences such problem before…
I tried to take the project to different machine and render it… it all worked fine than. now on DVD it all looks very good…
so i think there is some problem in the system..
So now can anybody help to solve the problem..

but when i burn the video dvd it should be fine right? in dvd also, text remains pixelate only.
any suggestions?

You can try adobe media encoder. It will do batch process also.

I was not able to, when i sen my time line in older color version (1) it only displayed red cross…
see whats new in color 1.5
anyways thats not the issue here…editing xdcam in fcp 6.xx is smooth …
