in Motion 3 I was able to record the framing “feature” (I say “feature” b/c based on Mark’s tutorial, there is a bonafide framing behavior in Motion 4…I haven’t used version 4) by clicking the “f” key while in record mode. It was a super simple solution and can be a starting point from which you can tweak the motion to your liking. enjoy

Could this have to do with the location of the graphic relative to the fields? I seem to remember that this was a tip (place graphics on odd fields if I remember right) from a COW or Macbreak Studio tutorial I watched, but I am not sure if it would apply in this case…just a straw at which to grasp

Hi Thomas,
Our products are Royalty Free however you are NOT allowed to sell or resale our templates in the same form as it’s been purchased. You are allowed to sell final result to your client. For example, you purchase the template but you can’t re-sell it, however you can modify it and sell the final output (final render).
Let me know if that answers your question.

To me, it sound like you are good. If that is all their license says then it appears that they have not been explicit enough. I am no lawyer but I have written my own photographic licenses (based on research) and I was much more specific regarding sale, distributio , reproduction etc.

You might check if the license indicates that you are able to create “derivative works”…I believe that would cover what you are doing.

In the Keyframe Editor, I like to select a group of related keyframes with the marquee selection (click and drag selection). I then click-and-hold on one of the keyframes and and slide the group left or right while holding shift. The shift key doesn’t let you move the keyframes up or down, thus locking their value.
Good luck on the project! -
maybe I have overlooked some setting or something, but the SmoothCam filter in FCP 6.0.5 is estimating 4 days to analyze a clip, whether it is 30 minutes or 10 seconds. And looking at the CPU usage, it appears to be maxing out my machine. Did I overlook something or is this just the price you pay in post for crappy pans? Thanks in advance. The COW is fantastic!

here is what occurs to me…the mileage alone is a red flag.
That is less than half of the IRS mileage rate, which is used as the standard by most reputable companies. See link:

Stephen has a tutorial on confetti. Maybe that would point you in the right direction.
