What if you dont have Boris or After Effects???? Or is there a way to make an effect in After Effects and import it into Avid Xpress and keep it for good? Mabye as a movie with a Matte??

So my shared folder under users is taking up 60 GB’s and my own user folder is taking up 70 GB’s. I hope it ok to dump some of this.
