BCC has one. You can always just use the one in after effecs too.

What if you dont have Boris or After Effects???? Or is there a way to make an effect in After Effects and import it into Avid Xpress and keep it for good? Mabye as a movie with a Matte??

There are also a ton of effects like this one available via Digital Juice. If you look on their web site, you will find deals a-plenty that will allow you to inexpensively lay in an effect or transition to allow you to concentrate on storytelling.
I’m sure there are ways to go about making this yourself, but for me, I don’t have the time. I would rather purchase a library of effects like the ones with Boris, Juice and Sapphire and keep cranking out the content.
