In a situation like this, for example, where the original was shot in 24fps, and now you need the final video to be 30fps, what would be the best steps to take to “wrap” the 24 in 30 so that you can bring the project into DVDA to complete?

It’s better to be safe than sorry!
I recently read a blog post about a wedding videographer who put a popular hit song by a well-known artist on the video (at the couple’s insistence).
Well, the couple was so exuberant to share their love with the world that they posted their wedding video on YouTube or Vimeo or some other video site. Some way the video got back to the music distributor for the pop song and the videographer–not the couple–was sued for $150,000!
The videographer then shared a couple of websites where he now gets his music. They are:
1) The Music Bed (https://www.themusicbed.com)
2) Marmoset Music (https://www.marmosetmusic.com)

Does anyone know if Sony plans on improving Vegas’ handling of highend, 4k footage?

I think I did have it on. But I can’t remember exactly. I’ll have to experiment.
Should Auto Ripple be on? If so, should it be set to All Tracks?

My audio Time Stretch option within Vegas Pro 12 doesn’t look like the one you’ve shown. Why?

I’m actually downloading the CC trial now. I don’t know if I like the idea of “renting” software. Over the years, that’ll add up to way more than a one-off purchase!
