How would you get this look in a video?
I saw this commercial and was wondering how you’d go about getting the “jerky” look of this video?
Would this be the result of a plugin?

Vegas can do something similar but changing the Undersample rate.
Right click on an event, select Properties and lower the Undersample rate in the window that comes up. Try .100 for a start and adjust it lower or higher as desired.
You may need to select Disable resample too so try it both ways and see which way looks better.
