Yes. There is only the “Relink to New FIles” option for the “Entire Project” media manage option but is grayed out for the other 2 options…. as it states in the manual. Have you been able to Transcode to smaller files and then have a project match up to it?

    thanks,

    Jay,
I’m in the same exact scenario as you. I am curious what storage solution you decided on. Thanks,

I installed 7.0 yesterday and captured the CC beautifully. Went to lay it back to tape without success. Any special trick?

    thanks,

    Jason,
On a similar topic, I am having an issue with HD and closed captioning. I am using Kona3 capturing HDCAM to Prores…. I am digitizing a closed captioned show and making some quick edits and then laying back to HDCAM (HDW-D1800). The problem is that I was unable to carry over the closed captioning. Are you familiar with this dilemma? Any quick fix? Something in the menu on the HDCAM to channel the CC to the video channel and then back? I have 3 shows that need to be re-done asap. Any help is much appreciated!

    thanks,
    Ron

    Hi Ben,
Do you have experience with the EVS HD LSM-XT working with FCP? I have a client that produces on it and would like to start editing right away in FCP… Is there extra software needed and is there a way to go from FCP to the EVS? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I just found out…. a multimedia video jute-box that runs the monitors in the store. the programming needs a ts file within the TS folder instead of the .evo file that stores the video in the version that I made from DVDSP4. They’re working on pc’s…. so I’m not sure what program can do that….

any help would be great…. uncharted territory here.
