check out Video Copilot’s tutorial on skin displacement here:

I think you might be able to adapt that technique to create a blood drip effect.
You’ll probably have to animate a mask to change the shape of the blood droplet.

no, I’m pretty sure you can’t easily control the particles the way you want to… at least not orienting them to a path. I’ve not tried it, but you can possibly paste a path into the xy cooridinates of the emitter, and have it follow the path, but the footsteps aren’t likely going to look like a walk pattern. They won’t align themselves to the path, as far as their orientation along the path.
Then use multiple layers at different sizes to look like different sized people.
Of course, I’m not the ultimate expert for such things, but I have used the plugin pretty often.

I did one for a client using 3D Stroke and Shine. It’s on my demo page at https://www.roncoy.com/Demo.html

since you have them all in one project file, why don’t you just do all your changes in the “All Projects” project, and trash or archive the old ones?
You don’t need to keep them separated, do you? If so, I would do all my changes in the “All Projects” project until I was completely done, then put them all into their own projets afterwards.

make sure your temporal and spatial interpolation is set to linear.

In preferences, under Previews, what do you have for the Audio Preview duration?
Also check the Audio Hardware preferences and Audio Output Mapping.
Check the levels in the audio window and make sure they’re not all the way down (unlikely, but…)
Lastly, try trashing the preferences file and see if that fixes anything.

looks like they did multiple shots with clothes changes and just used masks and dissolves to transition between the shots.
it’s very slick, but nothing outrageously technical. I think mostly it’s good greenscreening and choreographed, rehearsed motions (like dancing). And LOTS of takes.

I believe there are sites with info on how much to charge in your area based on the going rates there… obviously production charges in Hollywood are higher than in Akron, Ohio.
I’m in Houston, TX, which is one of the worst paying markets, and I’m charging $35 an hour. I could charge more depending on the client, but I currently freelance for one company and have a fulltime job with another which is salaried. The reason I don’t charge more for the freelance job is due to the relationship I have with the owner, and the nature of the work.
Many people here charge $50- $75 an hour, possibly more. That’s for a delivered, final product. My freelance work is support for the final product, so I do my pieces and give them to an editor. If I were to turnkey a project for a client, I would definitely charge more, as the cost of production would go up.
