Can you move away all the OFX plugins from /Library/OFX/Plugins into a temporary folder on your desktop, and see if Resolve works properly? If it does, you can add the plugins one by one and see which one is causing the issue.

32-bit files are supported and work with FCPX.
96KHz are not supported and will not work but should not cause a crash. If you are seeing a crash, please attach your XML/logs here or send it to our support. We will check it out.

You will need to combine the wave files into a single multi-channel wave file.

Dropped frames during recording is my guess. Is your SSD fast enough to record RAW?

You should be able to capture from a NTSC deck. Could you post a log captured immediately after the crash?
What I/O card are you using?

make sure you are on 10.8.5 or higher. Also, make sure you have CUDA 6 latest

Hold the middle mouse button to pan the image around the viewer.

You are using the button below the node graph correct? (right-most on the screen)

Are you using Disk DB or Postgres? Make sure the DB is setup on the internal SSD for best performance.
