Hi Craig,
In the DB Manager on the login page, you can create a new database, and it is pretty much a clean start. You should be able to switch back and forth to the old databases if required, or copy projects from the old database to the new.
We are working on some optimizations for the delete project performance, and it will show up in v8.

You can quit Resolve, and delete the waveform configuration file, and restart:
/Library/Preferences/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/WFM.cfg

Try with a WAVE as well as it is much more commonly used I think.

Hi Kevin,
Resolve supports playing back multi-channel WAV and AIFF files. On the Decklink card this will come out on the audio connectors available on the board as well as in the SDI stream as embedded audio (max of 16 channels).

There is a button called “Current Mode”, or “ALL/COLOR/PTZR”. It is also in the Session menu I think. This control whether the mark is placed on all lines, Color, or Sizing. It also controls when you recall a grade from the memory/gallery, if both color and sizing is recalled, or just color, or just sizing.

You can also use the offset controls which move the entire signal range up or down. In the GUI, you can hold the middle mouse and drag to move all three together. On the panels, there is a Master, and individual RGB controls for these.

If you are using this with an expansion chassis, this would be fine. You can put your GTX285 in the expansion. The PCI-expansion card does not require any cables.

I would recommend just exporting out the project, and you can import the project into the main Resolve Linux/Mac workstation.
CDL would limit you to primaries and saturation only.
