As far as I know you can’t really apply an effects to something you are doing in multicamera mode because when you separate the tracks any effects will be lost.
I may not understand the question but I also you the Gopro black and shoot at 60fps and mix it directly with my other footage. The advantage of course is that I can make a slow motion with it but as far as I know there’s not an issue with using it.
I wasn’t able to get anywhere with it. I could do nothing at all. Spectral Layers is not the easiest program to navigate. In fact it’s quite confusing for one not versed in audio to begin with however I have had some fantastic results. Unfortunately not in your case.
I think they have a free trial.
It just seemed that for some reason the click could not be distinguished from the other audio happening at the same time.

I have been playing around with the audio in Spectral Layers which can do amazing things but for the life of me I can’t remove those cracks.
Here’s what they look like in Spectral Layers. It seems that the audio is so tightly mixed with the clicks that I can’t seperate them. Maybe if I were better with the program it would be possible.
I’ve removed car horns, insect sounds, etc. but I can’t conquer this.
The arrow marks one of the clicks.
The other equation to this is that there is no one thing that seems to disrupt rendering, freezing up, crashes, etc. which makes it difficult to troubleshoot or for anyone else to even suggest solutions.
