i want to make a video as if the suitcase is scanned by an xray machine

i see that its not key frames on every layer but all are on the same controller layer sliders but like i said there suppose to be a delay like in the image between each slider
slider1 at 5 frm
slider 2 at 10 frm
and so on
so they main goal is to have the same functions like the keyframes image but with expressions instead of the keyframes and then when i change the numbers for delay or duration on the controller it will effect all -

ill try to find a stock video of hand goes into a transparent box and then you can apply this effect on the box?
or just a hand enter the frame from the side then add a 3d object of a box or just solid and apply this effect? -
it doesnt matter what it does i just want to know to create a realistic look of this effect

thanx for the script but it solve some of the problem i have 20 comps with different layers and fonts and want to change some of them and not all also some i just need to change the color -
maybe the problem is with the graphic card try to update it and try again
