Using your info I searched with the word “delay” (which someone else called “phasing”). I found a partial remedy from someone who said to do the speed effect with the “maintain audio pitch” box unchecked, and then fix the pitch with AUpitch. It worked but the results are a little scratchy. I wonder if NewAUpitch would be better. Any ideas?
