To add…Its Write is 0 in Blackmagic Speed Test and Read is 15. It is setup as RAID 5.

This is 29.97 footage not 23.976. So it may not be the problem in the link you provided

If I switch to the AJA Player for the Source window it plays out of sync as well. But if I change it to Adobe player it’s plays correct.

One other piece of info is that the subclips play CORRECTLY in the Source monitor but NOT in the Programe monitor/timeline.
