Window burn from Canon XF files
I have cards of MXF wrapped footage shot with a Canon XF100. I’m trying to export each clip out to a small file with burned in time code so my client can see the dailies.
Each file must at least have the same prefix as my master file and have burn in time code. It also has to be transcoded to a very small file. Client will review hours of footage via the Internet.
Can’t think of any way to do this. Any suggestions?
I would entertain putting all the files in one timeline, adding the time code plugin, but then there is no way to let the client know what the file name is.

Premiere and Prelude won’t burn in clip name.

Davinci Resolve could probably do what you want.
