Steve, I got this True Comp Duplicator downloaded but Im not sure what to do with it now. I tried double clicking it, but I get and error form AE that says it is upssupported. ANy idea how to get this thing working?

Steve and dave.. Jeez this is maddening. Ive been at it for 3 hours trying to copy, rename…nothing is working right. I have gone down that rabbitt hole and like the guy in the cave…I’m loooooooooost.
Ive tried to go ahead and buy this script program you mentioned, but they wont send a confirmation email to go ahead with the purchase. Are there any other scripts for Ae out there that I can get hold of

Hey Johnny, thats the problem, I haven’t been able to find one of these videos yet. It was probably a year or so ago that I saw it. Ive had a couple of other people reply, one with a walk through and one with a name of an effect tottery. Thank you so much for replying to this. I do appreciate it. Im gonna keep looking for the answer.

Unfortunatley I havent found it out. If you read up in the thread, there is a partial solution using the Set default transition.
Hope this can be fixed for next version.

Michael thanks for your reply I do appreciate it. Saving the effects are easy. Its been so long since I had tried to save a transition in 5.5 that I guess I forgot that i have to reset the Default. I guess thats what i will do.
Maybe 6.5 can make it possible to save transitions??? That would be nice.

Alex Its been awhile since i posted this problem but I thank you for getting back to it. If your still out there, the answer to your question is, no I am not using Matrox or any third party HW that i am aware of.
This problem seems to happen when I change to a different workspace within a project that was created on another editor.
Let me explain. We have 3 editors tied to the same Server. 2 of the editors are running Premiere Pro 5.5 while mine runs PP 5.0 ( Don’t ask me why, I’ve asked for the upgrade) All 3 editors work on projects together through the server. If I open up a project created on one of their editing stations, and change the their Workspace to My Workspace Settings, then this problem with the audio occurs. So my thought are that somewhere in some settings window I can fix this. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find this setting to change.
