July 13, 2005 at 1:03 pm in reply to: Export PS layers to files with alpha

Just choose PSD as most programs will recognize that transparecy

    OR

    Run the above option
    Export PSD to folder
The Batch the Video Action (in CS2) Create Alpha Channel from visible layer
Then batch save as forat with Alpha you want

  • Look for Channel Chops by Burt Monroy (out of print)

or Katrin Eisman has a new book “Understanding Channels” (I think is title)

  • Tested it throuroughly for weeks.

    Essentially

Make sure Apple Video Apps or Echo Fire isn’t running
    Make sure Deck is on
Choose the Video Prview one with teh elipse … Set your options
Future Ones can use the other option (forgive me… on deadline for a book and to tired to walk over to the PS machine)

if still no work: May want to reinstall QuickTime First, then PSCS2

July 11, 2005 at 1:34 am in reply to: two questions

Go to the Photoshop forum and look up Alpha Channel

As far as shaking… look for Wiggle… not in front of Motion. but there is a logically named behavior that does this
