  • that is my point. i am not talking about pricing last year and the years before we all knew that that an upgrade wsa to be announced and was coming, this year we dont know. no talk about it just the cloud as if we perpetuals dont exist.

  • I understand your point and i am sure that my suggestion has caught the ears of adobes top brass but I stand by my post and now include the social sites. I dont understand how a company can push a product and ignore the user base when in every nab they mention the upgrade pathe to all except in this one. Adobes silence is deafning. Yes I know it just the opinon of some of us but it not created in a vacum.

  • I think we should start posting our concerns on other forums starting with the adobe forums if we are to achieve critical mass.

  • The door adobe puts in your computer to enter it everymonth is a door that will can be hacked by some gifted hacker and many things can come in or out of your system.

I dont have my system connected to the internet nor will they ever.

I download on another computer or purchase a disk.

  • I am of the opinion that those in the 20% are mostly new to the app and would rather spent 600. bucks then shell out a couple of grands just to test it. It remains to be seen if after the year is up they would choose the cloud or the perpetual license. I belive that many will have both but most will like it so much that they will prefer a perpetual license if available.

You can speak all you want but you are loosing valuble time. the sooner you get cs 5.-5.5 or 6 the fazte you resolve your problem. Adobe has stated that it will only be 1 version prior upgrades. so catch while you can.

You have an option to check Jadobe retail vendors. If you dont then dont complain.

what you say makes no sense. piracy will continue. Most if not all who use warez dont have the money or will nog spend it. many just want to take a look. The cloud will attrack users from othe apps that want to test run before deciding. Adobe cloud will be an install of the whole enchilada easy prey for hackers.
