Doesn’t your XA10 automatically shoot at 30FP? I assumed it did. I assume mine does. holy crap-o-la! The 30fp option is the same as 30fps right?
oh, Are you using it for broadcast or net? -

I think for those of us who use the XA10, we need input from someone familiar with the specs on the cam. This cam is different than all others. Its so simple, yet many unknown tweaks to be tweaked by tweakers.

The broadcaster told me MPEG2 DVD, or MP4
The problem is the SVP11 project settings. There are so many to choose from.
So I burned a DVD with no problem using the burn to disk option.
Then I tried MP4, and the video does not play smooth at all. It stutters/choppy. Not smooth playing at all.
So, I would like to know is which or what Project setting/ TEMPLATE to use for M2ts for rendering to MP4.

there was a guy on vimeo who listed his settings to get good shots.
If you find a good workflow, let me know. I havent figured it out. I just submit to the station what they say, and Im done. I hate the low quality, but it meets broadcast specs.

I am having a similar problem. CanXA10 m2ts file, i need to render for broadcast and youtube, and when it is done rendering, it is choppy/ stutters. I would like to render to Main concept MP4.( it seems all broadcasters Im working with accept this format.)
Never had this problem til SVP11. Please help me too.

OK. I finished it. THank YOU! On the face of my capped nurbs, i have creases because the beziers are not flat on the z plane. is there a way to flatten it?

Ok.. I am almost done. I did everything you said with 95% success.. The only thing I cannot figure out is fixing the twisted beziers on the Z plane.
Take a look at Paths: 74, 77, 85 and 94. Those are the last ones.
there is also a weird twist down on the your bottom left by the knee touching the ground.

Ok.. The small bezier loops are not being romoved with “Optimize”
Weld tool does NOT work right. it ruins the entire shape. If I can figure this out, I am good to go. this seems to be the last thing i cannot figure out.

welding didnt work for me. :/
This shape doesnt have a loop. it is bent outward. when i move it to makeit flat, the other lines bow out the opposite side.
