5DtoRGB works great on 10.6.8 and even earlier versions.
I’m still on 10.6.6 and no problems.
The only version that requires 10.7 up is the “Lite 1.5.12” (Free).
The previous Lite (1.5.8) still available on their web for free, and the “Batch 1.5.12” supports Snow Leopard.

Is not your FC version, but the lack of a proper field order flagging.
Check the stuff your self as NONE on FCs Browser.

Very bad choice, Chris.
The card should be fast enough to write H264 with a lower data rate than 45mbps, but that’s even lower than the transfer speed of a crappy USB-2 or and old fashioned FW-400, which transfer speed is 400Mbps.
And even if the transfer rate of your SD card could be OK, you incur in another issue; SD cards normally are formatted as FAT-32. This format has a file size limit of 4GB, so any file bigger than 4 Gbs needs to be chopped.Normally, the best policy is to use external HDs for media and for exports, that way the System HD is less burdened, but you have a very fast SSD drive which allows you to export to your main HD without slowing down any process.
So, get rid of the SD card, and export to your finder or wherever you want on your SSD HD.

You need conform to p25 only if you want the footage slow down to 50%.
The footage will be read at 25fps instead of 50 fps.
So if you want the p50 stuff played at normal speed, skip the conforming.

In short: Video fields order comes in three flavors: Upper First, Lower First and Progressive (NONE).
Interlaced footage needs to be edited keeping a certain field order.
If you are dealing with DV footage you must know that DV footage is “Lower First” and so must be edited on a “Lower First” sequence.
If you have FC.6, please have a look to the “FC Help”. Interlacing is very well explained there.

If Clipwrap offers ProresLT, is because FC offers it.
Without FC, Clipwrap could not export to ProresLT.
Have a look in the L&T options and set ProresLT the format for transcoding.
