A while ago someone made some Plasma Wipes that did this. Send me your email and I’ll send you the files. You literally just drop them into your Plasma Wipes folders (both Pal and NTSC) and they pop up in your Effects Palette.
Real newb question, so apologies.
I have the 64bit version for CS5, but don’t know ehre to put the plugin.
Does it matter which plugin folder I put it in, i.e.:
Effect
Extentions
Format
Keyframe
?
According to the developers:
‘We already have that Plugins for Final Cut Pro and Premiere CS5 for Mac.
We´re currently implementing V2 technology and will be ready in approxm. 4 weeks. This will be the time when the current Pre-release becomes a Final Release.”
Hope this helps.
You definitely want to give Mercalli v2 a go (at least the demo).
I’ve been beta testing it and it’s pretty nifty. Quick, very easy to use and now has the cool Roller-shutter correction.
Looking forward to the Avid plugin…
Thanks for the reply Ricky.
Yeah kind of what I thought.
Now I think we have it sorted, although it seems to not like Animation QTs over a certain length!
Oh well…
