Thx Andy, I have sorted out my problem now…
Sorry I am running on XP and not Win7. It’s a older maching..and thinking of upgrading my machine..
Though it was jerky on monitor, when I exported to DVD, it has played ok…I think it was due lower proc. speed and Low Mem capacity..I presume…All good now. Thx fr uu advice. Much appreciated.. -

Ur instructions were brilliant. I have followed ur instructions to the dot. It has started to work on me because of ur step by step instructions. I had to uninstall 1.5 and re-install CS4 again. U have saved my time and lots energy on frustration.

Thx for input 4 my query…Yes, I am a Dell user since 1995. I have purchased 5 Dell Systems + 1 Laptop (XPS M1530) since then. I am really happy with their after sales service support in Australia. I have been treated very well when it comes to loyal customer and support. At the mom I have Dell Dimension 84002.8GHz Proc + 2GB RAM..seems it’s not working so well with CS4. I think I need to upgrade my machine badly. I have noted what to expect in a new machine to run the CS4 smoothly. Thx Vince. Ur suggestions were much appreciated.

I have changed from “highest” to “Draft” in the monitor..but still samething happens. Pictues movement was there only few seconds and freeze it but Audio continuous to play without any problem.This happens to all the clips I drag from the Sequence window.Any other idea, I can try??
