if you buy the panels you get 1 linux and 1 mac resolve licence.
we have a linux resolve with quadro4000(display),2 titans ,1 redrocket and a hba card in a supermicro chasis. the performance seems to be good (wish the titan black cards had come earlier).

dont update if you have ongoing projects as i found that old projects are not opening after updating and after few times login and logout(resolve closes while opening the projects).

if you have enabled handles in the setting does resolve track the handle length also when you track the shot or you have do that after the session is over.
it would be good if it tracked the handles too when the handles feature is enabled in the setting.

Eric,
unfortunately i have to use the blade in the editpage which i would not like to during a DI session as it is time consuming.
i prefer to use the split button present on the control surface which is faster. This function was working in 10Beta3 but isnt working anymore.
am i missing anything ????????

idt for different file formats are already available in resolve.to apply to the entire timeline go to lookup tables and select the input device transform section and odt for the colourspace you are grading on.
if you have multiple file formats select different file formats in the mediapool and apply the respective idt there.
remember to change the yrgb to aces in settings.
i think there should be a better explanation in the manual though not sure .

hi peter,

we usually have hd and 2k film projects.haven’t started using plugins as i was very skeptical of the stability and as we have fully loaded linux smokes and flames for the stuff.

aren’t the new nvidia Gtx 780ti good as they have almost equal no of cores as titan,faster clock and are unlocked gk110 chipsets though they have 3 gb ram two of them will cost only $300 more than a single titan but will have double the core almost equal the ram as the titan.
just an idea.

split clip option doesn’t work R10,Resolve control surface(linux) used to work on R10beta3 on any timeline(not just master)

same problem here Linux resolve.

cant open Film projects but no issue with small commercial projects.
