    hi
    thank you warren.

i will be bombarding you with many more questions

    1) i have 2k project which i had to transfer on to the tape so i rendered out a uncompressed mov and on the deck tab i connected the vtr and selected the uncompressed mov on the disk and tried to transfer on to tape but i couldn’t as the video recording was showing not in sync(jumping all around)after lot of try i had to insert a black shot in the beginning and play the timeline and crash record on the tape by making sure no one is using my storage(bcoz the playback speed changes if someone uses my storage as some of the shots have number of nodes).
    2) i had also tried one more thing the uncompressed mov which i had rendered (sd 720/576i) i imported on a new timeline and saw that there are vertical lines similar to the ones seen on davinci 2kplus once in a full moon which disappears on restarting the mainframe.

    thanks in advance

    hi warren ,

how are you ? actually the footage is on a hdcam tape (1.85)and the output will be on standard defination centre cut fullframe but what i make of this is crop the footage with 2.35 letterbox and zoom it to fit the fullframe (pan and scan where ever needed) but i am not sure.
    am i right ???

    thanks in advance
