October 1, 2012 at 3:18 pm in reply to: How to Log and Tranfer files from Panasonic AG-HMC82EN camera in CS5 Premiere Pro & FCPHi Tero, thanks for the reply… I tried as you said. But for some reason it imports the files individually. I have recorded 60mins of footage and it split that single file to 3 files 20mins each. Now I when I want to import it I want it to make it as a single file. Like we are able to do in FCP. Is it possible to do that? If yes then can you elaborate it a bit more.
Thanks Brother… -

December 13, 2011 at 3:16 pm in reply to: converting 720 x 576 dv footage to 1920 x 1080 without loss in qualityI didnt try Instant HD on Premiere. I tried to use FCP on Leopard and not on Lion. And I followed the simple procedure video in Red Giant official web site, and it worked. Well I am not so very impressed with the final result but still it is better than just DV. Since the source is in smaller frame size it does look a bit pixelated.

The reasin for me to convert the files from dv to hd is because the documentry film that I am working on has got some footages which were shot 10 to 15 years back and these footages cannot be shot again. I have bought the Red Giant HD filter but for some reason it is not installing on Mac Lion platform can someone tell me why and how to install this on Lion.
Looking forward to hear from the community soon.
Thanks.. -

I bought the red giant HD Plugin for my work. But for some reason I am not able to install on my Mac as it runs on Lion. Is there any other solution for that? -

August 7, 2011 at 5:46 pm in reply to: using 3 screens on MAC Pro 12 Core with ATI Radeon HD 5870Thanks but Apple says that you can use 3 screens together 2 mini displays and 1 dvi ports is used without any convertors attached to it. Which means if I use 2 Apple screens and 1 Television screen with a DVI Port it should work… Thats what they say… I haven’t tried though but will try soon.

July 26, 2011 at 1:52 am in reply to: importing older final cut construction files into new final cut pro xThats insane….
These Final Cut guys they made this new version of final cut and has got no feature what so ever to open the previous version construction file…. Thats really really not good. Can anyone at least find a middle way out of my situation where by i can still use the cool features of new final cut pro x for my older final cut construction file.
