Hi,
If you are referring to the gradient section of one of the Rays or the Colorize Glow filters then all you need to do is to twirl down the Colorize Group, set up the gradient that you want to make, then press the S button in the Color Preset banner so save the preset. To load one, you use either the pop-up list or you can press the L button in the Color Preset banner.
All of the factory presets are user modifiable and you can create and save an unlimited number of gradient presets – and all of the filters that feature the Gradient section access the same Gradient preset list so you can create a gradient in one filter and use it in another filter.

It’s built-in to FCP. In the video tab of the source monitor, click on the generators button and go to Boris>Title Crawl. Then click on the controls tab in the source monitor. Then click on the Title Crawl banner to edit the text. Then set the animation to Roll. Then set the in-out point and cut the text into the timeline.

Hi,
The filters that ship with BorisFX, Boris Graffiti and also Boris RED are for use only within the application that they are installed with. You cannot drag the filters from Boris FX and use them in After Effects. And this actually should be expected. For instance, you cannot drag the AE native filters from AE and use them in any other application. This is because like the effects that ship with FX/Graffiti/RED they are application specific.
You can purchase the BCC filters and use them inside of AE – this works quite well. The BCC product that you can download and install into AE is a different product than the filters that ship with FX/Graffiti/RED. The filters that ship with FX/Graffiti/RED have been optimized for these host applications before they were added to the product.

There were several issues with using the Browser Mode function within the Premiere Pro API and we suspended the feature to prevent any crashing errors with this configuration. We are working on a resolution to the issue and will make an announcement once that issue has been fixed.
Sorry that I can’t offer more help, other than to say that while we are working on the issue, you can still create the effect while working in normal mode.

You might also consider adding the Glow filter after the levels / gamma correction to finish the effect.

I agree with Stephen – seeing a still would be best. But based on the info that you provided, to whiten the dress you might consider using the Levels / Gamma filter. And this is included in both RED and also BCC. You can use the PixelChooser to create a matte, which will contain the effect to just the dress.
To do this, apply the filter to the clip, then enable the PixelChooser, setting it to View Chosen Pixels. Then go to the Matte tab / group and set the channel to Luma. Then adjust the black and white levels to set the matte so that it’s only adjusting the values in the dress. Once you are satisfied with the matte, set the PixelChooser to On and go back to the main tab / group and from there you adjust the gamma, input white and input black parameters to whiten the dress.
