    Hello,

I believe the BCC 5 FxPlug filters should operate as expected within Final Cut Express. I suggest that you download the trial version of BCC FxPlug and load that into your Final Cut Express system to see how well this works for you.

    Cheers,

    Peter.

    Hi Craig,

Although this board “should” work with our product line, it is not on the officially supported card list as it has not been tested and confirmed to function as expected and therefore with certain of our products you may see an error message upon launch. You should be able to ignore this message and continue working but because the card is not on the officially graced list, we can’t make any guarantees in regard to software performance.

    I hope this helps.

    Peter.

    Hi William,

Well to answer your question, the two companies, Media 100 and Avid, have nothing to do with each other. We, BorisFX, actually own Media 100, which is why we loaded the BorisFX software up on the Media100 FTP site. We develop plug-in filters and applications for both host editing systems.

    Cheers,

    Peter.

Login using the username anonymous, and have the user put in his or her email address as the password (standard anonymous login).

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Derrick,

    Have you tried this link?

    https://www.borisfx.com/updates/bccavx42.php

By the way, you must be registered to enter this part of the site.

Manually go to Borisfx.com, then select downloads and updates, then click on the AVX 4.2 download and you will see the registration page. Once you’re registered you can access the patch.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
