Sorry for your troubles. We’re investigating this issue now. The workaround for the time being is disabling OpenCL while outputting to a external monitor via 3rd party hardware.

Sorry, there’s no preference to change this in CS6. FYI we did make the Trim tool much thinner in Premiere Pro CC.

Are the Decklink.bundle files from Desktop version 10.1.2? If so, copy and paste those into the 7.0 MediaCore folder.

Hi Joshua,

I think you we see a lot of improvement from a new GPU. A Geforce GTX 660 or similar would be a good range to look at.

The Quadro 4800 is not going to keep up with modern codecs and gfx.

Can you verify the Blackmagic plugins are located here:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0

Here’s the official statement from Adobe’s website

Do I need to be online to access my desktop apps?

No, the desktop applications in Creative Cloud, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, are installed directly on your computer, so you don’t need an ongoing Internet connection to use them.

An Internet connection is required the first time you install and license your apps, but you can use the apps in offline mode with a valid software license. The desktop apps will attempt to validate your software licenses every 30 days.

Annual members can use the apps for up to 99 days in offline mode. Month-to-month members can use the software for up to 30 days in offline mode.

If you have Premiere Pro CC 2014 this is easy to do.

Hi Greg,

Do you have still have Premiere Pro CC 7.x.x installed? Currently Blackmagic’s drivers do not see CC 2014 applications. You will need to do the following steps.

1. Uninstall Blackmagic driver
2. Install Premiere Pro CC
3. Install Blackmagic driver (recommend 10.1.1)
