    Thanks for the tip, Adam. I decided to do it by hand, since it weren’t that many points. I remember that there was a very easy way to do this in Softimage|3D using a simple cluster and I thought it might be that easy in Cinema 4D as well.

    hi adam,

    thanks a lot for your help. i didn’t even think of solving this issue using xpresso. it works quite good. but i think that in my special case it will make less work to create a text object for every single word and to put them into a fracture object to make them accessible to mograph. but anyway, i learned a lot figuring out how you did that.

  • Hi Kevin,

    I did not make any speed changes, but your question made me check the length again and I found the solution for my problem: The length of both clips was the same but since I imported the media in FCP and exported it from there, the timecode changed. The reference movie started at 01:00:00:00 (according to the FCP default). Setting this to 00:00:00:00 and exporting it again solved the issue.
