My guess, based on you saying its HDR, that the project settings for this project are for a resolution that the GPU can’t handle, or there is a strange source file.

You should try loading all the source clips in the media pool manually to see if that works, and ultimately post the zip of the log file.

I note that you are on 10.8.3 but Im not sure this is the issue.

How does it look on the grading monitor? Could this be 8 bit sampling on the UI monitor?

  • It sounds like your timeline is not selected. Select the timeline in the top LHS timeline list and right click to select to export XML.

I dont understand your second issue. Can you clarify?

Have a look in the manual of details of how to back up your project database. It depends on the database type you use.

Ok, so if you have a Decklink card configured in your preferences, for the grading monitor, the audio should come out of that same card synced with the video. If you have a card configured with no audio connected that could be the issue. Try deselection in preferences to see if the audio becomes available on the computer speaker, assuming you have them.

Or it could be the one of the many mute buttons is selected.

Hi, which Os and version are you using? Which exact version if Resolve?
Can u post a screen shot of the error message with the screen menu visible? I presume you are trying to load the license on the same machine you used to generate your key?

Hi, I’m confused about your report. I’m trying to understand if it’s a sync workflow issue or bug.
In v10 you need to sound sync in the media pool.

Is the audio you are referring to recorded separately to the camera? I’m assuming so.
If you play it in the media pool, without syncing to the video, can you see the Vu indication and hear it?
Same if you place the clip in the timeline, can you see the Vu and hear the audio?,
    Same in the deliver page?

If so it’s looking like a workflow issue. Sync the audio and video in the media pool and then add clips to the timeline.

Please let us know if this solves your problem.

You need to make the file names unique. There is an option for this in the deliver settings. Details in the manual.

Hi. Have a look at the published config guides located at the top of Bmd post production forum. I looks like your system is not quite correct for use with resolve.
