It looks like you have highlight turned on.
Do you have split screen on?
Try selecting the icon on the LHS bottom of the viewer.Now that you can select nodes I think you should work through the tutorial in the manual and become more familiar with the toolset.

Hi guys, we just released 10.0.2 which includes support for a wider range of AMD GPUs using OpenCL on Mavericks.
If you have an AMD/ATI GPUs on a Mavericks Mac, you can upgrade to this release.

This is a small update to v10. The white balance request you have is in the list that we review often but as it didn’t make it into v10 it was not on the list for this small update. We haven’t forgotten this request.

Mmm, can you download and install the v10.0.1 from our web support site. Have u installed the GPU card driver?

Hi, Double click on the node to select. use Option S (Alt S) to add a node after the current one.
If its greyed out with the recycle logo.. you may have a GPU resource issue. Lets start with one node first and make sure you can select that. Then add a second and see if that works.

Hi, use the 570 for UI GPU, connect to the Dell, the 760 for processing. Do not connect any monitors to the 760. If you can, purchase a Bmd SDI video card and a HDLink with display port output to connect to the dream color 10 bit monitor.

Red have not published the SDK for GPU processing as yet so we can’t offer advise at this time.
