Thanks Michael that did the trick. I guess that I was selecting photos as well as videos, so when I followed your suggestions it worked perfectly.

I’ve tried selecting all the clips in the browser, right clicking, but “analyze and fix” is greyed out.

I just tried the “reveal project in browser” command and all it shows me is the actual project and not the snapshot, I’ve even manually looked through every event and did not see it at all. The duplicate project as snapshot works fine in all the projects that were created using 10.1

Thanks for the info Don, I did what you suggested and everything worked except FCPX is saying that I’m missing some files, so I’m guessing I did not save the project correctly (from FCPX 10.06) to my external hard drive. Is there some specific/special way that I need to save the project in 10.06 so that I can take it to a different computer?

What if I shoot different framerates other than 60 or 24p will it still work the same way? Also, with the repeated frames added does the motion blur look the same as what you’d typically get from 24p?
