Thanks alot for answer but I still not sure I got the answer to my question.
I know that the blu-ray spec. allows mixing between SD and HD, but do Encore? Cause when I mix SD and HD materials in Encore it seems like Encore re-encode my m2v files in a new higher bitrate. I need to play around a little more with Encore to find out how the program is function. Any tips around this? 🙂 Pelle -

First of all, thanks for looking in to this problem I and some others have.
I have updated to the latest driver (5.8) and the problem is still there. Both in Premiere (unrendered files) and Aftereffects (all files.)

Here is the solution from sonic support.
If anyone having this troubble.Hello Pelle,
Go to the layout editor and make sure that you set the disk info in the properties to unchanged 30 character type files, and not one of the 8.3 types. Set the layer break after you have included the rom content so it gets counted in.
Mux the project to a Video TS, do your eDVD authoring, set the output file types to 30 character and then point ot the eDVD files as rom content, Then set your layer break. Then write a disk image and DLT.
