    Hi Todd,
    Thanks for the post, as I guessed I was being a bit of a knob, it was a case of RTFM, things are slightly better using the DV Start/Stop Detect as well, but I may well use the batch capture.

    Hi John, HD I’m fine with, it’s the SD stuff I’m not sure about i.e what is the best way to capture it? and can I use ProRes?

    They are both the 8 cores – my feeling is to save the dosh and buy more memory??
