i would pull the bvm and scopes off the ups and put them on surge protectors. do you really need them on ups? we’re in santa monica which has sucky power and just need systems and drives powered long enough to save and power down…

can you downconvert dvcpro hd to dvcam with 23.98 and 29.97 viz tc burn in?
i know this can be done with hdcam, but i just took a batch of tapes to the dub house and they say this is not possible.
I had asked this in earlier posts and replies said it could be done.

hey thanks for the lab experiment, but I meant audio files for dvd authoring.
I know there are very high end mix houses that can synthesize surround from older stereo sources by filtering the different frequencies.
it just seems there must be a program that can do it by now…

also you could look at offline editing as the creative process (choosing which part of which shots to use in which order – the storytelling)
and online as the technical process of making sure all the video/audio levels are correct, using the highest quality possible, while adding all final graphics, effects, titling etc.

    both.
and moved all keychain files to trash.
ran keychain repair and it said cant repair – reinstall os.
moved files from trash back to libraries and now it all works.
leopard not ready for prime time.
    sure regret installing it.
no chance of it touching 8 other systems ive got.
