    I think you missed the point.

    I have a project that was saved as a pro9 veg file. I have recently had to revert back to pro8 and now I can’t use those pro9 veg projects in pro8.

    If i copy and paste Vegas8 crashes… and the other suggestion ddin;t work either..

    any other suggestions????

    Yes your are correct it is projects… however when i have captured footage and tried to use it under vegas pro8 it will not open…

    I’m not sure… but I have been having tons of problems with vegas pro9, I’ve had to convert back to pro8 and I’m demanding a refund from Sony… I have never had so many problems with vegas pro before

    If you notice pro9 footage etc, is not compatible with pro8

    I’ll try it out…

    Originally this was supposed to be individual interviews, therefore I only brought one lav mic. Then out of the blue the producer had the brilliant idea to but both girls together and I didn’t have a mic and of course he thinks it’s so easy to “oh just scrub the audio, it;s not rocket science” ya well he;s not the one editing…

    anyways if there are any other idea please add more… i’ll try what Graham suggested.

    Are you rendering the footage in Vegas as mpeg2 and audio in vegas and then importing it into DVDA?
