    Interesting.

    Will try it out.

    Thank you Paul.

No, I mean Multiclip Offsetter is crashing on files created by the Pix240.

    Thank you Paul
that’s exactly what I was looking for.

Have you been able to successfully process files created by the pix? I get an error message telling me the app needs to quit (with Apple ProRes 422 1080@23.98).

XDcam quicktimes seem to work fine though.

Thanks Michael for your input. Glad to hear i’m not crazy.

If I understand correctly, you’re not using Wave files created by the 788t, you’re using the audio recorded on the Pix from the 788t. I need the wave files and the ProRes to be in sync.
We’re on shooting day 5 of 31, so the sooner we can fix this, the better.

Paul: Both cameras sync together correctly, it’s the Prores files that do not match the Wav files.
I’m being told by the sound guy that the 788t has a maximum delay of 30ms (in 23.98fps).

    Thanks guys

I know that snow leopard displays the file-size differently than Leopard. Are you working with both OS?

Well, the reorder didn’t fix the problem but the downgrade seems to have done the trick.
I’m now on control panel 7.5.1 NDD and there is no more crackling or video glitches. Huzza!

I hope someone from AJA reads this.

    Thanks for your help Jeremy

Sorry, I wasn’t clear at all.

I tested some 16bit footage on a 16bit sequence and some 24bit footage on a 24bit sequence. Audio problems on both.

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks – I’ll give it a try.

I Changed the sequence bit depth and the crackling is happening on both 16 and 24bit. So I doubt that this is the problem.

Hopefully the card order will help.
    I’ll post the results.
    Thanks Jeremy

    I have a mix of 16 and 24bit audio in a 24bit sequence.

The LHi is in slot 2 and I have a Caldigit PCI-E card in slot 4.

    24bit.
But the problem isn’t only in the audio. Just like the OP, I have some thin horizontal white lines on the output video.
