Hi !

Your are right that tsmuxer makes no difference – nor can the file load into Davinci resolve Studio 16 – even in Handbrake! To get the file into Vegas Pro 16, you need to convert the file to another quality!

Try to monitor your cpu when using stabilization – then you will probably find that your pc is not very powerfull – when you work with 1920×1080 59,94p mp4 footage !

Okay !

Do you use VLC media player ?
If it plays okay in VLC – you can try to convert to another mp4 file in VLC media player !

Does your file play okay outside in a media player on your pc ?

You can try disabling GPU acceleration in Vegas Pro – don’t know if it will help – but you can try: Tools/Preferances/Video Tab/ and set the GPU Acceleration dropdown to “OFF” and restart Vegas pro !

What happens if you changed the file extension from .mp4 to .avc ?

Is your clip from screen recording using OBS, maybe it crashed while recording and made a corrupt file !
